ABOUT US
is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit charity and DCED-approved scholarship organization committed to helping youth on the path toward a brighter future. Through the administration of Pennsylvania’s EITC and OSTC programs, we give businesses the opportunity to invest their tax dollars in K-12 students and their dreams of attending the school of their choice.
